Creativity. What is it?

Posted: March 31, 2013 in Being Professional

I figured out what it is. When trying to figure out what creativity was I thought about what wasn’t creative. and to figure out what creativity is, it is the thought behind what you are doing. as obvious as that sounds, when you do something that hasn’t had the creative thought put behind it isn’t creative. as bland and as simple as that, is it is more complicated then that.

picture putting a can on a table. when you do that is it creative? answer it can be.
it is creative when you say to yourself “I am going to place this can on the table” It may be unimaginative and a bland idea. but It shows that you thought about where is the best place to place this can.

it is not creative if someone say “place the can on the table” or if you place the can on the table.

creativity is the thought behind doing something. this is the foundation of creativity

Defining Campaign Objectives
1) what are the objectives and how can we measure this goal?

2) Will this be possible to do given the time or budget?

3) What consumers’ responses would be ideal before or after the due date of the project?

4) Do the project objectives meet legal and ethical requirements?

Prepare an advertising budget
1) What assets and quality of assets will I have available?

2) what limitations to display options are there?

3) Are there any limits on required creativity or production services that must be specified?

4) are all components of the campaign justified within relevant termrs to achieve goals and aims?

5) is there an overall budget (or for time) plan that meet the requirements of the advertising brief?

Develop a schedule for the proposed advertising activities
1) is the length and timing confirmed from the advertising brief?

2) a&b)

is it explain that the campaign will become non violent if there is no interaction or communication with the client before the decide date.

The game is based on finding out whom is the better candidate to vote for. Obama or Romney. by agreeing or disagreeing with a statement which separates Obama and Romney.

Candidate match http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/OTUS/fullpage/match-matic-presidential-candidate-2012-match-15177995
it is a very basic game. there are little graphics and you have to pick a statement about an issue that you agree with more to go to the next slide. Once you have done that 11 times. You are either giving a suggested candidate. The only graphics are cartoons of the Candidates
out of the 11 questions 4 are about the economy, 1 is about retirement, 2 are about military and the last 4 are about hot topics

Candidate match 2 http://www.usatoday.com/interactives/news/politics/candidate-match-game/
The game becomes a lot more graphical, haveing a percentage and an image of the candidate that will fill more of the screen depending on who is winning due to your picks. The images are blue and red backgrounds with black vectors of the candidates.
all the questions on the one screen. you pick on the topic and you press agree or disagree with the statement. there is also a button called no opinion. you are able to see what they said and scale how important that statement is too you.The scale can give up to 1 extra vote to an area.

By seeing what they said you can have a better understanding of both sides of the coin. there is also a short context which informs you on what the statement means.

there are 14 questions, they very on hot topics. if there is a tie in the candidates you get told you are a Swing voter. once you have finished you will see who is an ideal candidate for you to vote for. share it on one of the social nextworking sites.

Creativity is fantasy whilst academic stuff is Science fiction. when fantasy is explained it becomes science fiction. When I say this I mean that when we don’t understand something we are not limited to knowing how it works there by letting us try new and unexpected things.
